PC Series hammer crusher is applied to broken crisp, hard surface water that is not more than two percent, not more than 150 Mpa compressive strength of the various materials.the crusher is applied to coal, metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, and electric power departments or broken in the chronology of coal gangue, limestone, p. stone, feldspar, gypsum, coke, brick, gravel, salt and parathion, limonite brick , in a light aircraft compact, it has characteristics of simple structure and easy operation and maintenance,high broken ratio, the less crushing, product uniformity and small size, high capacity, low-power characteristics.

The hammer crusher(hammer mill) crushes by the collisions between high-speed hammer and materiasl,and the hammer crusher features are in its simple structure, high reduction ration, high efficiency, etc. The PC hammer crusher were developed for both dry and wet crushing of brittle, medium-hard materials for the mining, cement, coal, metallurgic, construction material, road building, and petroleum & chemical industries.

Operating principle of Hammer Crusher:

The hammer crusher 's main part is the rotor (also called hammer head). The electric motor drives the rotor for high speed revolving in the stave cavity. The material goes into the machine body from the material mouth in upside,and is crushed because of the attacking, the impact, the cutting of the high speed movement's hammer. Under the rotor, there is a lamina cribrosa, the smashing material which is smaller than the size of mesh grade can discharge through the lamina cribrosa, the large size products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammers of the hammer crusher for being recrushed until they reached the required size.,then it will be charged from the lamina cribrosa.
