Primary structure:

The YZS series vibratory screen is composed by eccentric type driver, sieves the box, the sieve machine. strainer, vibrator, antivibration spring attire. electric motor, foundation and fulcrum arrangement. The strainer is main vulnerable, According to the material variety and the user request, may use the high-manganese steel knitting strainer, the punch holes lamina cribrosa and the rubber lamina cribrosa, the screening surface have two kinds: the monolayer and the double-decked, each kind of lamina cribrosa can satisfy the request of high screening efficiency long life, not stop up the hole . The vibrator installs on the box side bar of the sieves, and leads revolving by the electric motor through the triangle belt,and has the centrifugal force of inertia, then force the sieves box to vibrate . The side bar sieve machine is manufactured with the high quality steel plate, the side bar and the crossbeam, the driver foundation use the high strength bolt or the ring groove rivet to get connection. Sieve machine is a place type installment. The adjustment of the screening surface inclination angle may be highly realized through the change of spring abutment position.

Working Principle of Vibratory Screen:

The electric motor makes the driver eccentric cause high speed revolving through triangle belt, The revolution eccentric has the very big centrifugal force, which stimulats sieves box to have circularmotion with certain oscillation amplitude., The material on sieves receive the impulse which the sieves passeing to produce continual throwing movement in the inclined screening surface, in the process of the material and the screening surface meeting ,it makes the pellet which is smaller than the mesh pass sieves, thus realizes the graduation.. Its law of motion is the circular or the ellipse line, the vibration source is the driver leading for the electric motor. The circular oscillation sieves is the single axle vibrator, the main axle fixed in sieves box makes fast revolving by the electrical machinery, the eccentric body installed on main axle makes rotation along with it, and causes the centrifugal force of inertia,which makes the sieve box that can have free vibration have the approximate circular trace's vibration.

Working Features:

2. Crossbeam and the main body of the screen are connected with high strength screw bolts. So they have the features of simple structure and easy maintenance.
